Shipping

Q. How will my items be shipped?

A. Items are shipped using Royal Mail or UPS for larger orders.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. We aim to have stock items despatched within 1-2 working days.
Delivery may take up to 2-3 working days - Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Personalised Wedding Favour/Confetti Bags we aim to ship within 2-3 days.
Bespoke order lead-times will be given on an order by order basis.

Returns

Q. How can I return an item?

A. Items can be returned if they are unused and in the original packaging. Please note we do not offer free returns, items will need to be returned at your cost unless faulty.
Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
Personalised or bepsoke orders cannot be returned unless faulty.

Payments

Q. How can I pay for my order?

A. Payment will be taken once you checkout using Shopify Payment Gateway.
We accept all major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Bespoke Enquiries

Q. What if I would like a size that is not offered on the website?

A. We are able to offer bespoke sizes and print on our glassine. We do also have many stock sizes available that are not listed on the website.
Note that minimum order quantities will be required for bepsoke production runs.

Q. What if I want a bepsoke design printing on the glassine bags?

A. We are able to offer a print service for some of our glassine bags.
Each enquiry is different so please contact us to discuss your requirements using hello@glassinebags.co.uk

Large Volume Enquiries

Q. What if I would like to order larger volumes than are listed on the website?

A. We offer commercial quanitities of stock sizes, many ready for immediate despatch.
