Refund policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, in the event that you are not satisfied and within 30 days of purchase, we will provide you with a full refund. The full refund will be credited via the method of payment used in the original sales transaction.

All products must be returned in a new, unused, and good condition using their original, undamaged packaging.

Please ensure your items are returned in resalable condition unless your item was received damaged.  

Upon receipt of item(s), the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (if applicable/exceptions may apply).

We will process your refund within 3 days of receipt. The payment may take 3-5 working days to credit your account dependant on your bank.
